How does Ers-online use my information? 

Ers-online uses your information to determine if there is a current career opportunity for which you may be qualified and then we personally contact you to discuss any such opportunities. We retain your information for at least one year and continually try to match your qualifications with job opportunity profiles we receive from prospective employers.

When do you send my information to a prospective employer?

It is our normal policy to only submit candidates after the opportunity has been discussed with them. 

After I submit information to Ers-online, will someone contact me? 

If you request a reply, a representative of Ers-online will contact you. For confidentiality reasons, it is our policy to respond to candidates by telephone.

Does Ers-online sell or share my information to or with other companies? 

No. Ers-online never resells, trades, leases or rents the personally identifiable information of our web site users to other companies. 

Does Ers-online.com store my information?

Yes. All information submitted through the Ers-online web site is stored on our servers. Ers-online does not use this information except to determine if there is a suitable employment opportunity for you.

Does Ers-online use "cookies"? 

No, we do not use any type of "cookies" (a small text files saved on your computer's hard drive and stored in memory while your browser is running).

What type of site tracking do you use?

We use site tracking programs that will tell us if visitors are referred to our site through a search engine or another website which links to our site. Our tracking system logs IP addresses and browser types, but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a visitor’s session will be tracked, but the visitor will be anonymous, unless the visitor discloses information and requests contact by us.
